Meknes
Welcome to Casablanca! On the first day of your tour, you’ll start by leaving Casablanca and heading towards the city of Meknes, known for its historic gates, palaces, and monuments. You’ll have the opportunity to visit the Bab Mansour, one of the most famous gates in Morocco, as well as the Moulay Ismail Mausoleum.
After exploring Meknes, you’ll continue on to the imperial city of Fes. Upon arrival, you’ll check into your hotel and have the evening to explore the city and get a feel for the local culture.
Merzouga
After breakfast at your Riad, you’ll leave Fes and head towards the Sahara Desert. You’ll pass through the Middle Atlas Mountains and then the Ziz Valley, where you’ll have the opportunity to see the palm groves and Berber villages.
Upon arrival to the desert oasis of Merzouga, you’ll mount your camel and embark on a trek through the Erg Chebbi Dunes. The trek will take you to a traditional Berber camp, where you’ll have the opportunity to see the sunset over the dunes and spend the night under the stars.
You will have the chance to enjoy the silence and the dark sky of the desert, before getting back to the camp for dinner and a traditional music show.
Dades gorges
Wake up early in the morning to watch the sunrise before trying your sandboarding skills. Back to your luxury camp for breakfast and a quick shower.
You’ll leave the Sahara Desert and head towards the Draa region. Along the way, you’ll stop at the Todra Gorges, which are a series of narrow canyons that have been carved out of the mountains by the Todra River. The gorges are a popular spot for hiking and rock climbing.
Next, you’ll continue on to the Dades Gorges, which are another series of canyons that have been carved out of the mountains by the Dades River. The gorges are known for their stunning landscapes, which are particularly beautiful in the late afternoon when the sun casts a warm glow on the red rock walls. You will spend the night in a hotel or a riad nearby the gorges, to enjoy the sunset and the landscapes.
Marrakech
On the fourth day of your tour, you’ll leave the Dades Gorges and head towards the Atlas Mountains. Along the way, you’ll stop at Ait Ben Haddou, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the most famous kasbah in Morocco. You will have the opportunity to explore the kasbah, which has been used as a location for many movies, including Gladiator, The Mummy, and Game of Thrones.
After visiting Ait Ben Haddou, you’ll continue on to the Atlas Mountains where you’ll have the opportunity to see the traditional Berber villages and the beautiful landscapes. After enjoying the mountain you’ll drive to Marrakech where the end of the 4 days tour, you’ll have experienced the best of Morocco and will have memories to last a lifetime.
