Itinerary

Day 1 Agadir to Aitben haddou and Dades Gorges

Ait ben Haddou

We will begin the 3 Days Agadir Desert Tour To Marrakech by picking you up from your hotel in Agadir at 8:00 am. After a brief introduction, we will depart for Taroudant, a charming city known for its well-preserved ramparts and traditional markets. The drive takes approximately 2 hours.

Upon arrival in Taroudant, we will take a guided tour of the city’s ramparts, the main square, and the souk. You will have time to explore the local markets and purchase traditional crafts and souvenirs.

We will continue on to Ait ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of the most famous kasbahs in Morocco. This fortified village is a prime example of earthen architecture and has been used as a location for many films and TV series. We will take a guided tour of the kasbah and learn about its history and architecture.

Next, we head to Ouarzazate, the “gateway to the desert” and home to the Atlas Studios, where many famous movies have been filmed. Here we will have a guided tour of the Atlas Studios and learn more about the history and behind the scene of the movies.

Then, we will drive to Dades Gorges, a beautiful valley with towering rock formations and a winding road through the gorge. The drive takes approximately 2 hours. Upon arrival, we will take a scenic drive through the gorge and stop at several viewpoints to take in the stunning views.

We will spend the night in a local riad in the Dades Valley. Dinner will be served at the riad and you will have the evening to relax and explore the area.

Day 2 – Todra gorges and Camel experience at Erg Chebbi dunes

After breakfast, we will depart from Dades Gorges and head towards Todra Gorges. The drive takes approximately 1 hour.

Upon arrival, we will take a guided hike through the Todra Gorges, a stunning canyon formed by the Todra River. You will have the opportunity to take in the breathtaking views and snap some photos.

After lunch, we will continue on to Merzouga, a village on the edge of the Sahara Desert. Here, we will mount camels and embark on an unforgettable trek into the desert to watch the sunset over the dunes. After the sunset, we will return to the luxury desert camp where you will have dinner and spend the night.

Day 3 End the desert tour, Back to Marrakech

You will wake up early in the morning to catch the sunrise over the dunes of Erg Chebbi. After breakfast, we will mount camels and embark on the return journey back to Merzouga.

After your camel ride, we will depart from Merzouga and begin our journey back to Marrakech.  Along the way, we will make several stops to visit local villages and towns, including the famous Tazzarine village, and the Draa valley.

Upon arrival in Marrakech, we will drop you off at the location of your choice, whether it’s your hotel, airport, or any other place within the city.
